AKSU,China,Dec. 2,2024 -- Recently,the Aksu region has ushered in a historic moment for the development of new energy. With the successful implementation of the 1 million kilowatts of full-capacity grid-connected power generation in Alar's 2 million kilowatt photovoltaic base project (phase I) of the First Division of Xinjiang Corps,the total installed power supply capacity in the region exceeded 10 million kilowatts for the first time. This landmark achievement marks a new level in energy development in the Aksu region.

With sufficient sunshine and mild climatic conditions throughout the year,theAksu region provides unique geographical and climate advantages for the development of the photovoltaic industry. In recent years,local governments have actively responded to the call of the state to develop clean and low-carbon energy as the main direction of adjusting the energy structure,and vigorously developed a new energy industry focusing on photovoltaic power. This strategic decision not only promotes the green transformation of the regional economy,but also contributes to the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.

With the active efforts of the State Grid Aksu Power Supply Company,the grid-connected power generation of photovoltaic projects has been strongly guaranteed. The company conscientiously implements relevant national policies and the requirements of the State Grid Corporation,optimizes grid connection procedures,provides high-quality services,and opens up a green channel for new energy grid-connected power generation. By actively coordinating and solving the problems of photovoltaic projects in planning and construction,system access,planned submission,grid connection and acceptance,the company has ensured the safe and reliable connection of photovoltaic power stations.

Since 2012,the State GridAksu Power Supply Company has completed a total of 55 new energy grid-connection work,including the 100-megawatt photovoltaic and energy storage power generation project in Keping County of Ket New Energy,and the 200-megawatt photovoltaic power generation project of the National Power Generation Keping. At present,the installed grid-connected photovoltaic units in Aksu have reached 5,354,900 kilowatts,accounting for 51.9% of the total installed power supply. Clean energy installed has reached 76,381 million kilowatts,accounting for 74.04% of the total installed capacity,highlighting the remarkable achievements of the region in green,low-carbon and energy transformation.
